We happily accept returns of UNUSED AND UNOPENED Exclusive Beauty Boutique products if we receive your product return request within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.
Return shipping and handling fees are free to our customers in Canada and the USA only. We regret that we cannot extend this service to our overseas customers.
To return a product that you purchased from Exclusive Beauty Boutique, contact us to request a return merchandise authorization. If you send us a message, it should include:
Your full name; A valid email address; Your shipping address and telephone number; Your Exclusivebeautyboutique.com order number; and A description of the item or items you would like to return. Please include a copy of your Exclusive Beauty Boutique sales receipt with the item being returned. We regret that we do not refund our original shipping costs with the return.
Damaged or Defective Items We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items. Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or if an item is defective. We will send out a replacement and arrange to have the damaged or defective item returned to us.
We will issue a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, if we receive your product return request within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. We do not accept product return requests after 30 days. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the purchaser's credit card.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and refund. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that your financial institution could take up to seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.
We do not offer exchanges for returned products.
Contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Please have your Exclusive Beauty Boutique sales receipt number on hand when you call. This will speed up the cancellation process.
Although we will do our best to cancel your order at once, our ability to do so depends on when the order was placed and when you contact us to cancel it. We therefore cannot guarantee that we will cancel your order before it ships.
If you request a cancellation AFTER you have received our shipment confirmation email, refuse delivery when your order arrives and it will be returned to us. We do not refund original or return shipping fees under such circumstances.
